You'll receive notifications as you approach your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime or purchase additional questions. The upgrade will be prorated, and your residents will never be locked out - you'll have time to add more questions before that happens.

If the answer isn't in your documents, the AI explicitly says "I didn't find this information in the uploaded documents" and suggests contacting the board.

No. Unlike general AI tools like ChatGPT that mix your documents with internet training data, our system is completely isolated to YOUR documents only. The AI cannot and will not generate information that doesn't exist in your uploaded files. This document-only approach eliminates the risk of false or mixed-up information.
